How to Apply for Financial Aid at Fremont University

Below are instructions on how to apply for financial aid. Simply follow the five-step checklist to determine if you are eligible to receive financial aid.

Step 1: Schedule an appointment with a Fremont University Student Finance Aid Officer
To schedule an appointment, contact us online or call 1-800-373-6668.

Step 2: Complete the FAFSA application at http://www.fafsa.ed.gov.
The Fremont University Federal School Code is 030399.
A FAFSA application must be completed in order for a student to be considered for most types of financial aid. The application must be completed each school year, and can be submitted online.

Step 3: Submit any additional documentation requested.
Approximately one week after processing your FAFSA, the Department of Education will electronically transmit the information to Fremont University. We will then review the data to determine if any additional documents (i.e., tax returns, citizenship documentation, etc.) are needed. This review is undertaken to ensure the accuracy of the information reported.

If additional documents are requested, you may submit them:

In person at the Financial Aid Office, or by mail:
