Q: How Do I Enroll In The Paralegal Program?

A: Enrollment in the paralegal program starts by filling out the form on this page. After you have entered your information, an admissions representative will contact you to guide you through the process.

Q: On Your Website You Mention That You’re ABA Approved. What Does This Mean?

A: ABA stands for the American Bar Association. To be a school that is approved by the ABA you must meet their rigid standards. The Fremont College Paralegal Studies program is approved by the American Bar Association (ABA), and is only one of a number of schools approved in California.

Q: How Long Does It Take To Complete The Paralegal Program?

A: It will take you up to 15 months to complete the Paralegal studies program.

Q: Do You Offer Day and Night Options?

A: Day or night programs may be available when you enroll.  Check with your admissions coach to find out during the admissions process.

Q: What Type of Resources Do You Have Available For Students?

A: The Paralegal Studies library consists of federal and California state code books, case reporters, and digests, as well as legal periodicals and practice guides in specialized areas of law. In addition, all qualified Paralegal Studies students have access to Westlaw, which providesmore than 40,000 databases of cases, statutes, administrative codes, legal articles, public records, law journals, legal forms and other resources.
